01. About The Business

A A USA-based company, The Luxury Rings was started by Milnat Brothers in the year 2014. An Online Retail for Titanium Rings for people all around the world. Manufacturing custom titanium rings for the customer who can gift them to their loved ones were the true motive of the business.

02. Working & Problems

The Luxury Rings wanted to set up their brand in India. They were looking for people who can market and outsource their manufacturers, delivery services, IVR set up, official government paper-works, and much more in India. They also wanted a web-based support system for their website to look over the people that were visiting online on their website.

03. Solutions & Strategies

To completely set up their business in India we proposed and agreed on the following plan which was divided into 3 phases:

    • Phase 1: We started by setting up a web-based support system for visitors. Along with that, we redesigned their logo for their business. We also: set up their IVR system to connect to people.
    • Phase 2: We now started to build a network among the ring manufacturers and delivery systems for their business. We connected and negotiated the price for them and set up the whole business in motion.
    • Phase 3: Getting leads and successful buys were the main motive of this phase. Our team started to build and reach potential clients who can buy their rings. We also use the VOIP system to connect to our leads and confirmed the details for the order.

04. Result

The company which just settled in India started to have a boom in sales among specific communities of North India and Christians. The sales percentage rose up to 400% in just one month when Rofolin took over the project. From the beginning, Milnat Brothers were happy with our work, services, and process.
