01. About The Business

A A tour operator for all over India providing tours to Darjelling, Sikkim, Bhutan, and other parts of North India with hotel accommodation, and sightseeing tours operating from Uttarpara. Mr. Sushanta Behera started EzyWay Tour & Travels in the year 2008, had operated many successful tours all over India. They had their own special tour package only from them to Surderban namely “Hilsa Festival” every year.

02. Problem

Even being online it was a difficult for them to handle their online presence. Their marketing team was continuously scamming them for their website. There were several new problems came out when Rofolin’s Market Research Team started their work which are as follows:

  • Multiple Profile under same name and details
  • Google Business not owned by anybody
  • Multiple Social Media profiles of their competitors
  • Website not loading
  • Fake reviews
  • Original profiles with wrong information
  • FIR reported in Cyber Crime Department

03. Solution & Strategy

We had a tons of problem facing their business. The contract was only 3 months longs and we had a lot of work regarding their business. We divided the work in 3 phase each taking a month long in the following strategy.

  • Phase 1: Before taking any step towards marketing our first and foremost task was to remove any false information about Ezyway Tour & Travels. So we did that. We started by analyzing the profiles if they are activate or not. We then run a message strategy to ask if the active profile is some business or any just profiles made for fun. We then targeted the disabled accounts by reporting them as a fake profile or made by mistake. In the mean time Rofolin’s Web Dev Team worked on the website of EzyWay Tour & Travels. The result of which can be seen by visiting: www.ezyway.online. We also requested the Cyber Crime Departement about the current situation and why there was a report filed against EzyWay Tour & Travels.
  • Phase 2: During this phase the website was completely functional and launched. We also get to know why there were such fake reviews on various websites and cyber crime report was filed. The story was that one of the previous partner who was terminated made such false allegations to EzyWay online on whatever platform he wad able to. 

    We then launched the website and newly made social media (Facebook & Instagram) and linked all those together. We also claimed Google Business profile which has 36 reviews at that time and more than 200 photos from the happy clients of EzyWay Tour & Travels. There were 3 more profiles under the name of EzyWay Tour & Travels which google that had placed it themselves wrongly. We had to take that into consideration too.

  • Phase 3: Lastly, we faced problems regarding the social media accounts and google business which was suspended due to various quality reasons majorly wrongly placed infromation on different websites. We also managed SEO of their website every month.

04. Result

With the help of our solution and strategies, Google verified and listed the business of EzyWay tour and travels, and we have corrected all the call reviews and song details on the internet. We made their website keeping their client in mind so that not only ezyway but also their client is happy with that website.
